# Installation

Guide on how to install Essentials from your desired place.

To install Essentials from GitHub, please head to the official Essentials [GitHub repository](https://github.com/mafusaku/roblox-essentials) and do the following:

1. Click on the "Releases" tab on the right side of the page or click [here](https://github.com/MafuSaku/roblox-essentials/releases)
2. Go to the latest release version or the version you prefer
3. Scroll down until you see "Assets"
4. Download the Essentials.rbxm or Essentials-PreRelease.rbxm file
5. Place the file in the desired location on your system
